Ernest Bernea, a man of rare modesty
Ernest Bernea was arrested because of his affiliation to the Legionary Movement, former director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, professor of sociology, colleague of Traian Herseni. He was a man of rare modesty. He told beautiful stories between illnesses, when he forgot them. He was obsessed with the idea of being the sickest. I regretted parting with him and his culture[1].
