The following thought leads me to Mr. Nae Dumitrescu, whose education seemed honourable to me because he had studied in Antwerp. He was also a member of the 6th Column. He was a great beekeeper, he knew everything that could be made from honey and everything that a bee could produce. Professor Zamfiroiu (later Father Grigore) was always preoccupied with spiritual and religious matters. He also suffered a lot in his life: imprisonment, persecution… He composed poems. He has a wonderful “march of the prisoners”, which I learnt when I was in the mine, from those who came from the canal. And the melody does justice to the lyrics.
