We have mentioned Ion Ianolide. He was also one of the most respected prisoners, fully sharing Valeriu’s ideas. He survived the hardships of prison until 1964, when he was released after twenty-three years. He died in February 1986. He too played a special role in the lives of those with whom he shared his ordeal. He was always ready to help anyone, in word or deed.
